Maybe it's really late to give this method, but yes, maybe many people still don't know about this. So this is how to do DoT, HoT and respawn monsters are faster.

How to Glitch Room AQWorlds (Fast Respawn, Fast Drop and Increase Damage)
- Join the place you want in the glitch room and use a 4 digit number / private room (Example Bloodtitan-6996)
- Make sure in the room that will be glitched there is 1 char again (it can be char dummy / have people there) so, open 2 char so that the bug works
- After that, click on your house icon.
- After that write / join Bloodtitan - 6996 << the double line
- Do the above method repeatedly until 5 times
- And, the room is ready for glitch
